The LT-TGS32028FC is a high‑density Layer 3 managed fiber switch developed by NEWBRIDGE® for campus core, data center aggregation, and enterprise backbone networks. It features a flexible combination of fiber and copper ports:

• 4× 1/10G SFP+ slots (high‑speed uplink)

• 16× 100/1000Base-X SFP ports (Gigabit fiber access)

• 8× Combo ports – each can be used as either 10/100/1000Base‑T RJ45 (copper) or 100/1000Base‑X SFP (fiber)

All ports support non‑blocking wire‑speed forwarding. The switch delivers a switching capacity of 144Gbps and a forwarding rate of 107.136Mpps. With full IPv4/IPv6 L3 routing capabilities (static routing, dynamic routing – RIP, RIPng, OSPF, OSPFv3, ISIS, ISISv6), DHCP server/relay, and proxy ARP, it is ideal for demanding network environments. Advanced L2 features include 802.1Q VLAN (port-based, MAC-based, protocol-based, Voice VLAN), QinQ, GVRP, STP/RSTP/MSTP (16 instances), IGMP Snooping v1/v2/v3, MLD Snooping, LACP link aggregation, QoS (8 queues/port, WRR/WFQ/SP scheduling), ACL (L2‑L4, up to 1024 rules), and comprehensive security (802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, DHCP snooping, DAI, IP source guard, IP‑MAC‑port‑VID binding, DoS protection).
